Q. What is the Author’s Choice Blog? A: Every Wednesday, I’ll bring you an up-close and personal interview with a crime fiction author. The first interview will go live January 7, 2026. Q. Why? A: Many authors have helped me in various ways through the years, and this is something I can do to give back. All authors—except celebrity authors, I suppose—need opportunities for readers to learn about them and their books. I enjoy learning about new books, but even more, I like learning quirky things about authors—what makes them tick, what makes them different from every other author.
